Man arrested for 6th OWI offense

MONROE - Theodore C. Bayrhoffer, 52, Brodhead, was arrested for sixth-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant at 12:32 a.m. Friday in the 2900 block of 13th Street.

Bayrhoffer was jailed.
