● 6:20 p.m. A deputy responded to Mau RD, Wayne Township for a trespassing complaint. As a result, Michael R. Agurkis, 48, Madison was cited for Trespassing.
● 6:55 p.m. Blanchardville EMS responded to S Main ST in the Village for a medical emergency. Blanchardville Police assisted on scene.
● 8:30 p.m. Timothy R. Corley, 48, Shullsburg reported striking a deer on CTH F, Fayette Township. Corley’s 2012 Ford received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● 9:13 p.m. A deputy responded to South RD, Wiota Township for a 911 misdial.
● 9:55 p.m. Michael E. Feltner, 38, Freeport reported striking a deer on CTH D, Wayne Township. Feltner’s 2004 Buick received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
On Nov. 20:
● 12:23 p.m. Blake K. Broege, 17, Rockford was cited for No Proof of Insurance on STH 81, Elk Grove Township.
● 2:08 p.m. Mineral Point Fire and Mineral Point EMS responded to USH151, Willow Springs Township for a two vehicle accident. Katie R. Juisto, 38, Platteville was traveling on USH 151 in her 2010 Honda when she failed to yield to the vehicle in front of her causing her to strike the rear end of a 2007 Chevrolet driven by Todd R. Gilbertson, 59, Blanchardville. Juisto’s 2010 Honda received disabling damage and was driven from the scene. Juisto reported minor injuries. Wisconsin State Patrol assisted on scene.
● 6:33 p.m. Blanchardville Fire and Blanchardville EMS responded to STH 78, Blanchard Township for a one vehicle rollover. Colleen M. Hughes, 62, Blanchardville was traveling on STH 78 in her 2007 Toyota when she lost control causing her to enter the ditch and rolled, coming to a rest on its side. Hughes reported no injuries. Hughes was cited for Failure to Maintain Control. A deputy assisted on scene.
● 8:00 p.m. Deputies responded to W High ST, City of Shullsburg for a domestic disturbance. Quincy R. Thompson, 27, Shullsburg was arrested for Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Intimidating a Victim, Throw Bodily Fluids at Public Safety, Bail Jumping and valid Dane County Warrants. Thompson was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked on his charges and remains.
On Nov. 21:
● 12:12 a.m. Mary E McKeown, 47, Arena reported striking a deer on STH 11, Town of Gratiot. McKeown’s 2005 Chevrolet received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● 4:24 a.m. Blanchardville EMS responded to Maple St, Village of Blanchardville for a medical emergency.
● 8:29 a.m. A deputy responded to W Center St, Village of South Wayne for a check welfare.
● 8:43 a.m. Angela M Lindeman, 43, Darlington reported striking a deer on Holland Rd, Kendall Township. Lindeman’s 2019 Honda received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● 8:48 a.m. A deputy responded to Ollie Bell Rd, Benton Township for a report of criminal damage to property.
● 9:05 a.m. A deputy responded to STH 11, Gratiot Township for a disabled vehicle.
● 11:20 a.m. A deputy responded to College Farm Rd, Belmont Township for a one vehicle rollover. Sophia P Daugherty. 18, Cuba City was traveling on College Farm Rd when she lost control of her vehicle, causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and roll over several times. Daugherty’s 2006 Chevrolet received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. The accident remains under investigation. Southwest Health EMS and Platteville Fire Department assisted on scene.
● 12:49 p.m. Shullsburg EMS responded to E Truth St, City of Shullsburg for a medical emergency.
● 6:09 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH N, Town of Wiota for criminal damage to property.
● 6:13 p.m. Shawn J Leahy, 40, Darlington reported striking a deer on STH 23, Darlington Township. Leahy’s 2017 GMC received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● 6:47 p.m. Rowan J Johnson, 36. Scales Mound IL reported striking a deer on CTH J, Benton Township. Johnson’s 2003 Oldsmobile received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● 7:21 p.m. A deputy responded to S Galena St, Village of South Wayne for an animal problem. As a result, Shaina N Krebs, 25, South Wayne was cited for Barking Dog and No Dog License.
● 7:37 p.m. Kaile W Scott, 19, Shullsburg reported striking a deer on CTD, Wayne Township. Scott’s 2012 Kia received severe damage and was towed from the scene.

● 9:01 PM Deputies responded to CTH W, Town of Monticello for a one vehicle rollover. Letravious J Holley, 27, Cedar Rapids IA was traveling on CTH W when he failed to negotiate a turn causing his vehicle to exit the roadway into the ditch and roll over. Holley was cited for Operating While Under the Influence (1st) and Failure to Main Control. The passenger, Jennifer T Taylor, 28, Hiwatha IA was cited for Possession of Controlled Substance. No injuries were reported. Holley’s 2003 Jeep received severe damage and was towed from the scene. Shullsburg EMS and Shullsburg Fire assisted on scene.
● 9:04 p.m. Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS responded to Bennett Rd, Town of New Diggings for a medical emergency.
● 9:14 p.m. Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS responded to Galena St, Village of Benton for a medical emergency.
● 9:25 p.m. A deputy responded to Creek Dr, Village of Benton for a theft complaint. Benton Police Department assisted.
● 10:46 p.m. Deputies responded to STH 81, Town of Elk Grove for a two vehicle accident. Rebecca V Waters, 31, Darlington was driving a 2014 Toyota on STH 81 when she slowed down for an Amish buggy. While slowing down Water’s vehicle was rear ended by a 2013 Dodge driven by Elmer A Artica-Avila, 21, Platteville. Both parties were transported to Southwest Health Center for non-life threatening injuries. Artica-Avila was arrested for Operating while Intoxicated and Bail Jumping. Both vehicles received moderate damage and were towed from the scene. Belmont EMS, Belmont Fire and Southwest Health EMS assisted on scene.
● 11:08 p.m. A deputy responded to White St, Village of Benton for a 911 misdial. Benton Police Department assisted.
On Nov. 27:
● 1:07 a.m. Lafayette County EMS responded to Fayette Rd, City of Darlington for a medical emergency.
● 2:08 a.m. Jose M Velasquez-Martinez, 39, Belmont was arrested for Operating without a License (2nd) and cited for Expired Registration and No Insurance. Velasquez-Martinez was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released on a signature bond.
● 3:16 a.m. A deputy responded to Division St, City of Darlington to assist the Mineral Point Police Department.
● 7:27 a.m. A deputy responded to STH 23, Willow Springs Township for a one vehicle accident. Jerald R Carlson, 50, Stockton IL was traveling on STH 23 when he fell asleep while driving, causing his vehicle to exit the roadway, enter the ditch and striking a fence. Carlson was transported by EMS to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Carlson’s 2009 Chevrolet received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Darlington Fire Department and Lafayette County EMS assisted on scene.
● 4:42 p.m. A deputy responded to Trotter Rd, Wiota Township for livestock on the roadway.
● 6:00 p.m. A deputy responded to White Oak Rd, White Oak Springs Township for a suspicious vehicle. As a result, Justin R Ringleman, 36, Platteville was arrested for Felony Bail Jumping, Possess Methamphetamine, Possession of THC and a Probation and Parole Violation. Ringleman was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
● 6:32 p.m. Alex D Zinda, 21, Almond reported striking a deer on USH 151, Belmont Township. Zinda’s 2014 Volkswagen received minor damage and was towed from the scene.
● 8:14 p.m. A deputy responded to Dobbs Rd, Town of Lamont to assist the Dodgeville Police Department.
● 9:16 p.m. A deputy responded to E Hill St, Village of Blanchardville for a suspicious activity complaint.
On Nov. 28:
● 6:25 a.m. Logan J Bass, 21, Platteville was cited for Speeding and No Proof of Insurance on CTH H, Benton Township.
● 7:04 a.m. Benton First responded to Whaley CT in the Village for a lift assist. Benton Police assisted on scene.
● 12:23 p.m. A deputy responded to Galena ST in the Village of Argyle for a check welfare.
● 5:01 p.m. Woodford Fire responded to STH 78, Wiota Township for a two vehicle accident, no injuries. A 2017 Isuzu was unoccupied and parked on the northbound shoulder of STH 78 with its warning lights activated, when a 2021 Ford being operated by Allen L Larson, 67, Woodford, struck the rear and drivers side of the Isuzu. Larson was arrested for Operating while Intoxicated, 1st Offense. Larson was released to a responsible party. The Isuzu received moderate damage and was driven from the scene and the Ford was towed with disabling damage.
● 5:35 p.m. Shullsburg EMS responded to W Blackstone ST in the City for a medical emergency.
● 6:30 p.m. A deputy responded to S State ST in the Village of Argyle for a check welfare.
● 7:41 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH O, White Oak Springs Township for a disabled vehicle.
● 11:20 p.m. Deputies assisted Darlington Police on STH 23 with a traffic stop.
On Nov. 29:
● 5:53 a.m. Brooke K Ostrander, 29, South Wayne reported striking a deer on STH 78, Wiota Township. No injuries were reported and Ostrander’s 2022 Ram received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● 12:56 p.m. Douglas D Dannenberg, 51, Belvidere, IL was cited for Speeding on Dublin RD, Darlington Township.
● 1:50 p.m. Belmont EMS responded to E Liberty ST in the Village for a medical emergency. Belmont Police and Southwest Health EMS assisted on scene.
● 4:21 p.m. Deputies responded to STH 81, Seymour Township for a two-vehicle accident.

Monroe Police
On Nov. 14:
● 7:44p.m. officers arrested Jeffery K. Norton (36), Monroe, at a residence in the 2700 block of 8th Avenue, following a disturbance call. Norton was charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping after violating bail conditions from a prior case. Norton was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 17:
● 9:41 a.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries in the 1100 block of l6th Avenue. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Alexandria S. Langkamp (24), Monroe, was conducting a backing maneuver and collided with a southbound vehicle operated by a 39-year old Monroe woman. Langkamp s vehicle had minor damage while the other vehicle was towed. Langkamp was cited for unsafe backing, and was released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 20:
● At approximately 1:45 p.m. Officers arrested Britt E. Gadd, 55, Freeport, in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue, following an investigation into an incident that occurred on November 19th, 2022. Britt was arrested for Battery to a Health Care Provider and Disorderly Conduct. Britt was taken to the Green County Jail, where he was held without bond, pending an initial court appearance.
On Nov. 22:
● 11:48a.m., Officers were dispatched to the area of 10th Street and 16th Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 which was unoccupied at the time of the crash. The owner of vehicle 1, Lucinda A Fahr, 75, of Winslow, IL, was located near the scene and admitted to striking vehicle 2 with her vehicle and failing to notify the police of an accident. As a result, Lucinda was issued a citation for Failure to Notify Police of an Accident and released from the scene with a non-mandatory court date.
● 3:58p.m., Officers responded to the 2900 block of 3rd Street North for a warrant attempt. During their investigation Andres Cueyactle Tequiliquihua, 31, of Monroe was located. Andres was informed there was a warrant for his arrest and Andres was taken into custody without incident. Andres was transported to the Green County Jail where he later posted his cash bond and was released pending his mandatory court date.
On Nov 25:
● At approximately 7:18 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a reported retail theft in the 400 block of West 8th Street.Investigation resulted in David L, Ellis,36, Rockford, Illinois, being arrested for Attempted Theft and Resisting Arrest. David was taken to the Green County Jail where he was held pending cash bond or court.
On Nov 26:
● At approximately 2:14 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of llth Street for a traffic violation. Investigation into the traffic stop resulted in the driver Seth A. Paulson, 24, Gratiot being arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence 2nd Offense. Seth was also cited for Unnecessary Acceleration, Operating after Revocation of License, and Possession of Open Intoxicant in Motor Vehicle. Seth was taken to the Green County Jail where he was later release pending a mandatory court date.
● At approximately 9:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of 17th Street for a report of a disorderly subject that was refusing to leave a business. Investigation resulted in Derek J. Larosh, 35, Monroe, being arrested for Felony Bail Jumping. Derek was taken to the Green County Jail, where he was also held on a Probation Hold/ through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
Green County Sheriff
On Dec. 01:
● At approximately 8:45 p.m., Deputies responded to the N6800 block of State Highway 104, Town of Albany, for a report of a southbound vehicle traveling at an extremely slow rate of speed with the driver slumped over the wheel. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. While attempting to speak with the driver, later identified as Scott D. Phillips, 50 of Evansville, Scott fled from the scene in his vehicle at approximately 10 MPH. Shortly after fleeing from the stop location, Scott traveled off of the roadway and entered a field on the west side of the roadway where his vehicle came to a stop.
Scott was then placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol — 1st Offense, Knowingly Fleeing an Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Scott was also cited for Impeding Traffic by Slow Speed, Operating Left of Center and Failure to Maintain Control of his Vehicle. Scott was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held pending his initial court appearance.
On Dec. 3:
● At approximately 6:41 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of County Highway D and County Highway C, Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a report of a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed the operator, John P. Durling, 35 of Fitchburg, was southbound on CTH D when he fell asleep at the wheel. John continued through the intersection, left the roadway, struck a sign and came to a rest in a field. John reported wearing his seatbelt and not being injured. The vehicle had airbag deployment and was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. John was cited for Inattentive Driving.
● At approximately 10:27 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the N8800 block of County Highway D, in the Town of Exeter, for the report of a disturbance. Investigation resulted in Kendrick J. Eichelkraut 31, of Belleville being arrested for two counts Felony Bail Jumping, Disorderly Conduct, and Felony Strangulation. Eichelkraut was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On Dec 05:
● At 8:06 p.m., Deputies, along with Monroe Rural Fire Department and Green County EMS responded to the W7100 block of State Highway 11, in the Town of Clarno, for the report of a car versus deer crash with unknown injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Sherri L. Bates, 57 of Monroe was traveling eastbound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Bates reported non-life-threatening injuries and was wearing her seatbelt. Bates was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The vehicle’s airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene. The Monroe Police Department assisted at the scene.
On Dec 6:
● At approximately 6:15 p.m., Deputies and the Belleville PD responded to the N9500 blk of STH 92, Town of Exeter, for a report of a car vs. deer crash with injury. Investigation determined the operator, Jodie A. Fuller, 35 of Belleville, was traveling south/east on STH 92 when a deer entered the roadway, striking her vehicle. Jodie’s vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front, passenger side bumper and had airbag deployment. Jodie and her passenger, Ethan, 9, were both wearing their seatbelts and sustained minor injuries. Jodie and Ethan denied medical attention. The vehicle was later towed due to disabling damage.
On Dec. 7:
● At 6:50 a.m., Deputies responded to the N3400 block of State Highway 81, in the Town of Monroe, for a single vehicle crash with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Joseph A. Buening 32, of Mount Horeb was traveling southbound on State Highway 81. Buening’s vehicle sustained a flat tire causing his vehicle to enter the ditch and collide with a fence. Buening reported no injuries and the vehicle airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
● At 9:50 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe to assist Probation and Parole Agents. Investigation resulted in Randall S. Zuber 44, of Monticello being arrested for a warrant through Probation and Parole. Zuber was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
On Dec. 8:
● At 11:09 p.m., Deputies responded to the W7100 block of Pioneer Road, in the Town of New Glarus, for a single vehicle crash with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Muhammet E. Aktas 22, of Wisconsin Dells was traveling westbound when he reportedly swerved to avoid deer in the roadway. The vehicle then entered the north ditch a collided with a metal pole. Aktas reported no injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.
On Dec. 9:
● At approximately 7:57 a.m., Deputies responded to the N1800 block of County Highway S, Town of Jefferson, for a report of a single vehicle crash with no reported injuries. Investigation determined the operator, Kari L. Grinnell, 30 of Juda, was traveling north on CTH S when she lost traction on the snow and ice-covered roadway. Kari’s vehicle entered the east ditch, struck a mailbox and came to a rest after crossing a private driveway. Kari reported wearing her seatbelt and possibly sustaining a non-life threatening injury. The vehicle had airbag deployment, sustained disabling damage and was later towed from the scene. Kari was taken by private vehicle for evaluation of possible injuries.
● At approximately 8:49 AM, deputies responded to the N5600 block of State Highway 104, Town of Albany, for a report of a single vehicle crash. Investigation determined the operator, Hickory L. Daniels, 37 of Juda, was traveling south on STH 104 when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow and ice covered roadway. Hickory’s vehicle entered the west ditch, traveled over a culvert and collided with an embankment. Hickory reported wearing his seatbelt and not being injured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with no airbag deployment and was towed from the scene.
● At approximately 3:08 p.m., Deputies responded to the N8800 block of County Highway D, Town of Exeter for a report of a Bail Jumping violation. Investigation resulted in Kendrick J. Eichelkraut, 32 of Belleville, was arrested for one county of Felony Bail Jumping. Kendrick was taken into custody without issue and was housed at the Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
On Dec 10:
● At approximately 9:49 a.m., Deputies responded to the N8800 block of CTH D, Town of Exeter, for a report of a verbal disturbance in a home. Investigation resulted the involved parties, Nathaniel T. Stubbs, 44 of Belleville, and Kayla J. Fitzgerald, 32 of Belleville, being cited for one count of Disorderly Conduct each.
● At approximately 6:46 p.m., deputies responded to the W6200 block of County Highway H, Town of New Glarus, for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash. The caller advised at the time of the call that there were no injuries. Investigation determined the operator, Charles B. Rubio Sr., 51 of Argyle, was traveling west on CTH H when he observed an animal in the roadway. Charles swerved into the north shoulder of the roadway. Upon doing so, Charles’ vehicle lost control on the slush covered shoulder. The vehicle began sliding sideways and then struck a culvert sending the vehicle airborne over a driveway. The vehicle landed and began rolling and came to a rest on the roof with no airbag deployment after sustaining disabling damage. Charles and his passenger, Rena L. Alderman, 42 of Argyle, both reported wearing their seatbelts. Charles was not injured and Rena reported a minor injury that she declined medical attention for. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
On Dec. 15:
● At approximately 2:17 p.m., were called to the intersection of Suburban Dr. and CTH E, Town of Albany, for a report of a truck that slid through the intersection, struck a fiber optic box and left the scene.
Investigation determined that a truck being operated by Caylor R. Burns, 21 of Orfordville, was traveling west when he slid through the intersection. Caylor advised that he was unaware he struck any objects. Caylor reported wearing his seatbelt and not being injured. The truck sustained minor, functional damage with no airbag deployment. Caylor was cited for Expired Registration and was warned for Operating too Fast for Conditions.
● At approximately 6:33 p.m., Deputies and Monroe PD were called to the W6600 block of Vogel Rd., Town of Monroe, for a report of a vehicle stuck in a field. Investigation determined the operator, Shane W. Reinicke, 43 of Blanchard- ville, was traveling west on Vogel Rd. when he drifted off of the south side of the roadway. His vehicle traveled down a steep embankment, went through a barbed wire fence and came to a rest in a field. Further investigation resulted in Shane being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol - 1st Offense. Shane was also cited for Resisting an Officer, Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Maintain Control of his vehicle. Shane was jailed at the Green County Jail.
On Dec. 16:
● At 4:53 p.m., Deputies responded to the W300 block of State Highway 11, in the Town of Decatur, for a single vehicle rollover with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Tanner K. Schwartz, 21 of Franklin was traveling eastbound and attempted to turn southbound on Brodhead Airport Road. Schwartz failed to negotiate the turn due to snowy road conditions. The vehicle struck a stop sign and continued into the ditch and overturned. Schwartz reported no injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The Brodhead Police Department assisted on the scene.
● At 5:42 p.m., Deputies along with Brodhead Fire Department and Brodhead EMS responded to the N200 block of County Highway G, in the Town of Spring Grove, for a single vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Stevie N. Franklin, 36 of Davis IL was traveling northbound when she was unable to see the road due to snowy weather conditions. Franklin’s vehicle then entered the east ditch and came to rest. Franklin reported non-life-threatening injuries, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. Franklin was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
● At 6:58 p.m., Deputies responded to the N2400 block of Balls Mill Road, in the Town of Jefferson, for the report of a single vehicle crash with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Skyler A. Seel, 17 of Janesville was traveling northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle then struck a mailbox and entered the ditch and came to rest. Seel and his passenger reported no injuries, were wearing their seatbelts, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.
On Dec. 18:
● A deputy responded in the Town of Sylvester for a report of a two vehicle crash with no injuries or road blockage. Investigation revealed that a Black 2016 Ford Escape was following a White Honda Civic and a Semi Unit, westbound on State Hwy 59. The Honda Civic was reported as slowing or being stopped in traffic. The Ford Escape struck the rear of the Honda Civic. Both units received functional damage and was driven from the scene by the operators. No air bag deployment on either vehicle. The driver of the Ford Escape was identified as 17 yo Emery Smith, of Monroe, WI. Smith indicated that she had looked away from the roadway to view her mirrors and upon returning her attention to the roadway found that the Honda Civic had come to a stop. Smith indicated that she was unable to come to a stop to avoid the crash, ultimately striking the Honda Civic. Smith reported seatbelt usage, was not injured, was not trapped nor required extrication. The driver of the Honda Civic was identified as 21 yo Dania Ugalde De La Cruz, of Monroe, WI. Dania advised that she was following a Semi Truck when the Ford Escape struck the rear of her vehicle. Dania reported wearing a seatbelt, was not injured, was not trapped nor required extrication.
