Green County Sheriff

On July 23:

● At approximately 6:32 p.m., Deputies, Albany EMS, Albany Fire, and Albany First Response, were dispatched to the Sugar River for a call of an incapacitated female tubing on the river. While responding, it was learned the group of tubers fled the river into the Sweet Minihaha Campground, N4697 CTH E, Town of Decatur, but were eventually located. Deputies arrived and located EMS tending to the female, who was conscious, alert and speaking with EMS. During this time, a male, later identified as Mario G. Pignato, 21 of Janesville, became disruptive and began swearing and yelling at Deputies, EMS staff and campground personnel. After numerous warnings, Mario continued this behavior and began punching an electrical box. At this time, Deputies placed Mario under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and transported him to the Green County Jail where he will be held pending posting of his bond or court.


Monroe Police

On July 30:

● At approximately 10:38 a.m., Officers responded to the 1700 block of 17th Street, for a 911 call. Investigation resulted in Rusel Terceros-Ticona,21, Monroe, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Rusel was taken to the Green County Jail where he was held, pending an initial court appearance.

On August 1:

● 12:38 a.m., officers arrested Shanelle L. Sanchez, 40, Monroe, in the 2700 block of llth Avenue, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for a probation violation. Sanchez was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.

On August 4:

● At approximately 10:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of W 21st Street, for several 911 calls. Investigation resulted in Yvette E. Tafolla, 36, Monroe,being arrested for Disorderly Conduct under Wisconsin Domestic Abuse Law.Yvette posted cash bond and was released pending an initial court appearance.
