September 9, 1921 - December 31, 2012
June L. Dutenhoefer, 91, of Calimesa, Ca. peacefully passed at her home from this life on December 31st surrounded by her beloved family members into the loving care of her Savior. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ralph, her sister Virginia Browne and brother Ned Schurstedt and granddaughters, Debbie Smith and Erika Dutenhoefer. June is survived by her daughters Myla Morrow (Bill); Linda Jensen (Mark); Leona Kidd (Burt) and sons Scott (Judy) and by Joel (Sandy (Sam)) of Monroe, WI. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
June was born in 1921 and spent her growing up years in Elmira, N.Y. where, after graduating from Southside High School, she met her future husband Ralph. They were married on March 30, 1941 and began to build their family and many happy memories for almost 58 years.
June will be sorely missed by all who were touched by her grace, charm and love and by all the wonderful stories she could tell. June lived a rich, rewarding and long life and her children will always remember the arms of care, compassion and love that we were privileged to have wrapped around us by such a great lady.
A Memorial Service celebrating June's extraordinary life was held at the New Life Fellowship Church, 940 2nd Street, Calimesa, Ca. on January 11, 2013 at 11:00am with Pastor Ted Fiddler officiating.
