Juda man found guilty of 4th OUI

MONROE - A Juda man was found guilty of a fourth offense of operating under the influence.

Robert J. Heibel, 28, Juda, was found guilty in Green County Circuit Court Nov. 8 after pleading no contest to a charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence, a fourth offense in five years, a class H felony.

Court records indicate that Heibel was westbound on County KK May 28 when he was pulled over. The blood toxicology report showed his alcohol level at .137.

He was sentenced to two years probation, sentence withheld, with the conditions of nine months in jail and a fine of $1,777. His license was revoked for 27 months, and he will have an ignition interlock for one year upon reinstatement of his driver's license.
