Jolene K. Campbell age 40 of Stoughton, WI formerly of Monroe, passed away December 9, 2015 at her home from complications with diabetes. She was born on June 5, 1975 in Monroe, WI, the daughter of Stuart and Jacqueline (Lawton) Campbell. Her excellent cooking, vibrant personality, distinctive voice and her smile are just a few of her attributes that will be missed.

Jolene is survived by her children Mercedes Swenson Monroe, WI, Jahari Allen Freeport, IL, Xavier Hilton Carlsbad, NM, Alizae Swenson Monroe, WI and Myisha Black of Madison, WI, her father Stuart Campbell of Stoughton, WI, brothers Jeremy Campbell of WI, Jason (Carmen) Campbell of Monroe, WI and Dustin (Amanda Beach) Campbell of Monona, WI, step-mother Dianne Campbell and step-grandparents Dick and Dorothy Jakubenas of Madison, WI.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Michael and Ingrid Campbell and her aunt Angie Dammen.

A Memorial service is being held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday December 30th, 2015 at Faith Center of Freeport, IL 203 W. Pleasant Street, Freeport, IL with a family burial service at Wheeler Prairie Cemetery on Thursday December 31, 2015 in Stoughton, WI. The Cress Funeral Home and Cremation Service are in charge of the arrangements.

A Celebration of Life is planned and will be held at Viking Lanes 1410 Hwy. 51 Stoughton, WI 53589 on Sunday January 17, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
