John Ernest Snyder, 58, of Monroe passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. John was born on March 21, 1958 to John Peter and Sophie Irene (Bandi) Snyder in Monroe. He attended Monroe High School. John worked for H and R Block for several years. He enjoyed model railroading.

He is survived by many cousins. John was preceded by his parents; and brother, Kenneth Snyder.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Washington Reformation Church- Cemetery with Pastor Mary Gafner officiating. Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home is assisting the family.
