James L. Paulson, age 72, of Monroe, died on Sunday, November 13, 2011, at Agrace Hospice Care in Madison. He was born on November 5, 1939, in Gratiot, the son of James and Lillie (Carpenter) Paulson. Jim was a milk truck driver in the area the greater part of his life. Jim's passion was electronics, whether it be computers, C.B.s, or any new and challenging technology that came around. He was also an avid train enthusiast, whether it be model trains or the locomotive rolling down the track.
He is survived by his children: David (Rebecca) Paulson of Fennimore, Dean Paulson of Beloit, Donna (Terry) Rutsch of Monroe; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a brother, Gerald (Joyce) Paulson of Wiota. He is predeceased by his parents and a brother, Clinton Paulson.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 12:00 P.M. at the Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Busker officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
