Jack L. Feldt, age 64 of rural Monroe, died on May 22, 2014 at his home. He was born in Monroe, the son of Kenneth and Louann (Schupbach) Feldt and attended Juda High School. Jack married Ronita Pattinson.

Jack was a free spirited man. He hitch hiked across the country attending concerts and experiencing life along the way. Taking over the family farm he was progressive in green farming and free range cattle philosophies. He shared his love for the country lifestyle and outdoor activities with his family. Later he found a special lady, Sandy Wood, to share his love for motorcycles and continue his traveling aspirations. Riding motorcycles with friends brought him great joy, trips to New Diggings with Jeff Broshow were a staple. Jack's life was blessed with experiences, friendships, hard work, and fun filled memories. Jack was a member of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau, ABATE, and Hog Chapter.

Jack is survived by his special friend, Sandy Wood; daughter, Sara (Steve) Bishop; grandchildren: Lily and Jacob Bishop; son, Jesse Feldt; father, Kenneth (Carol Welz) Feldt; mother, Lou Ann Hanson; brother, Randy (Tami) Feldt; sisters: Diane Feldt, Carol (Gary) Davis, Lorie Walters; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herman and Marie Schupbach and Otto and Anna Feldt, and a sister, Linda Lou in 1985.

A Celebration of Life for Jack will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at The Depot Bar. The Shriner Hager Gohlke funeral home is assisting the family.
