Frieda M. Liddicoat, age 69, of Monroe, died on Monday, September 19, 2016 at her home. She was born on January 27, 1947 in Monroe, the daughter of Lawrence and Evelyn (Huntley) Bidlingmaier.

Frieda and Carl Liddicoat were united in marriage on January 21, 1969 in Monroe. She went to Dry Goods Box Grade School and graduated from Monroe High School.

Frieda was a Nurses Aid at St. Clare Hospital; she also was employed as a preschool Handicap Aide at South School in Monroe.

She was a member of Green County Genealogist Society; enjoyed card making, scrapbooking and needlework.

She formerly lived on a farm west of Monroe, but enjoyed spending her winters with her husband in Arizona, for the past 27 years.

She is survived by her husband, Carl of Monroe; step-son, Roger Liddicoat of Darlington, step-daughters, Donna (Mike) Mackesey, Lois (Perry) Bond, Joyce (Keith) Russell, and Karen (Darrell Hill) Nostrand; brother-in-law, Al (Marsha) Liddicoat; sister, Ruth (Ed) Enzinger; 11 step-grandchildren, 15 step-great-grandchildren; and 7 nieces and 1 nephew.

She is predeceased by her parents, grandsons, Kim Liddicoat, Keith Russell Jr., Hannah Boegli; daughter-in-law, Ardith, brother and sister-in-law Norman and Doris Bidlingmaier.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 26th, at 11:00 a.m. at SHRINER-HAGER-GOHLKE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Mary Gafner officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 25th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Per Frieda's wishes no plants or flowers. Memorials are being established in Frieda's memory.
