Fire/EMS Calls: May 29, 2014

DARLINGTON - On Sunday:

• Shullsburg EMS was alerted to a call at 3:15 a.m. to a residence on West Water Street, Shullsburg.

• Rural Medical Ambulance was alerted at 5:26 p.m. to a call for an injured juvenile on the Cheese Country Trail, Willow Springs Township. The 13-year-old boy had lost control of the ATV he was driving and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A DNR Warden and a deputy also assisted with the call.

• Platteville Fire Department was alerted at 11:07 p.m. to a grass fire at a location in Evergreen Village on County XX, Belmont Township. University of Wisconsin-Platteville Police assisted with the call.

On Monday:

• Rural Medical Ambulance and a deputy were alerted to a call at 6:41 a.m. at a residence on Buena Vista Drive, Darlington.

• Shullsburg Ambulance and a deputy were alerted to a call at a residence on East Water Street, Shullsburg, at 8:05 a.m.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Police and New Glarus Area EMS responded to a medical alert at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday, May 20 in the 600 block of Windlach Street, New Glarus. EMS transported the patient.

• Police and New Glarus Area EMS were dispatched at 1:58 p.m. Wednesday for a medical alert in the 500 block of 3rd Avenue.

• New Glarus Area EMS responded to a medical call at 7:23 p.m. Saturday on 5th Avenue and 2nd Street.
