DARLINGTON - The Shullsburg Fire Department was dispatched around 9:15 a.m. Friday to a vehicle on fire at Wisconsin 23 in Shullsburg township. Mark A. Vinney, 50, Poynette, reported smoke coming from under the hood of the semitrailer he was driving. The cab and engine compartment received extensive damage. Vinney was not injured.
• Gratiot Fire Department was dispatched around 8:15 p.m. Saturday to White School Road in Gratiot township.
• Arglye Fire Department was called out around 2:30 p.m. Sunday to Apple Branch Road in Argyle.
An ambulance was dispatched:
• Around 11 p.m. Friday to County D in Lamont township.
• Around 12:15 a.m. Saturday for an emergency transfer from Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County to a Madison hospital.
• Around 2:31 p.m. Saturday to Ohio Street in Darlington.
• Around 2:30 a.m. Sunday to East South Street in South Wayne.
• Around 1:45 p.m. Sunday to County F in Darlington township.
• Around 5:30 p.m. Sunday to Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township.
