MONROE - An ambulance was dispatched to an apartment in the 1500 block of 16th Street at 12:53 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 31.

- The Monroe Fire Department was dispatched to an activated carbon monoxide detector at a residence in the 800 block of 30th Avenue at 1:17 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 31. There was no evidence of a carbon monoxide leak. The detector went off because it needed replacing.
