MONROE - An ambulance was dispatched Thursday, Dec. 5:
• At 6:15 a.m. to the 2200 block of 17th Street.
• At 2:30 p.m. to the 1600 block of 4th Avenue West.

MONROE - The Browntown and Argyle Fire Departments were dispatched to a residential house fire at N3326 Ridge Road in rural Argyle, Jordan Township, at 5:28 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4. Deputies provided traffic control while firefighters fought the fire.
• A fire was reported in the W2800 block of Pernot Lane in Exeter Township at 6:36 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4. A responding deputy discovered it was a controlled burn and no further assistance was needed.
• Ambulances were dispatched Thursday, Dec. 5, at 6:45 p.m. to the N400 block of Freeport Road in Jefferson Township at 7:35 p.m. to the N1400 block of Allen Road in Cadiz Township.

DARLINGTON - Deputies along with fire departments from Apple River, Scales Mound, Shullsburg and Benton responded to a barn fire on County P in Monticello Township at 1:20 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5.
