Fred Gierens, 83, of Darlington, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5 at St. Rose of Lima, 519 W. Roosevelt St., Cuba City. Burial will be in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Cuba City. A visitation will be held at 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at Erickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 508 Main St., Darlington, and at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5.
