Lilly M. "Rita" Skibinski, 77, Monroe, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, followed by a private family memorial service.
