Joan P. Kirsch, 85, Monroe, died Monday, Dec. 21, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29 at St. Victor Catholic Church, Monroe, with Father Michael Klarer officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Monroe. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday. The Newcomer Funeral Home in Monroe is in charge of arrangements.
