Rose M. Thrasher, 68, of Monroe, died Friday, April 22, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Monroe. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
