Betty J. Hughes, 86, Monroe, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church in Monroe. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Feb. 7 at the church. The Newcomer Funeral Home in Monroe is in charge of arrangements.
