Merl Thomasson, 85, Shullsburg, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014 in Platteville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 24 at Centenary United Methodist Church, 226 West Church St., Shullsburg, with Rev. Jeffrey A. Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Shullsburg, where military rites will be accorded by McCann-Richards American Legion Post #105 of Shullsburg. A visitation will be held from 1 until 5 p.m. Sunday, March 23 at O'Flahrity-Erickson Funeral Home, 235 North Judgement St., Shullsburg.
