Marlene L. Welton (nee Schwartz) of Mountain, formerly Monroe, died Sunday, July 3, 2016, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 11 at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church with Monsignor Larry Bakke Celebrant. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 10 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe.
