A quote, which appeared on Monday front page, by U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold at his listening session Sunday was incorrectly reported. It was reported that a woman asked people to raise their hands if they supported health care reform. According to a transcript of the listening session provided by Feingold's staff, he replied to the woman, "People don't have to play this game if you don't want to. People don't necessarily come here to reveal their personal views. I have no objection, but then we're going to have a vote on how many people want to repeal Medicare."

A member Feingold's staff also said the woman was not cut off from speaking.

The Times regrets the errors.
