• Derrick Prescott Nipple, 24, Belleville, pleaded guilty Sept. 12 to a Class H felony charge of using a different name as a sex offender. He was sentenced to one year in prison and three years of extended supervision. Court records indicate Nipple identified himself as Xander Aiden Lee on Facebook after getting out of prison in October 2012, as a way to get back in touch with friends. He is ordered to undergo any treatment and counseling deemed necessary by his agent.
