Felonies

* The court Wednesday scheduled an Oct. 7 district attorney conference for Colin A. Gobeli, 23, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to drug charges.

Court records allege he had 68 grams of marijuana in a plastic bag and also had a digital scale and plastic bags in his possession July 15 in Monroe.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class I felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces more than three years in prison and more than $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $2,700 signature and a $300 cash bond.

* The court Wednesday entered into a deferred prosecution of agreement with Zachary R. Bartelt, 18, Brodhead, who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.

He faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.

The court will dismiss the charges in one year if he complies with the terms of the agreement.

Court records indicate he chased a man with a stick Nov. 24 in Brodhead.
