David J. Brill, 29, Albany, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact towards his alleged victim. Brill is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and bail jumping stemming from an incident that occurred on Sept. 8. If convicted for the maximum penalty on both counts, Brill could face up to one year imprisonment or $11,000 in fines or both. He has a pre-trial conference set for Dec. 23.
Douglas H. Shultz, 69, Brodhead, had a signature bond set at $750 with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with his alleged victim. Shultz is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery stemming from an incident that occurred on Sept. 13. If convicted for the maximum penalty on both counts, Shultz could face up to one year imprisonment or $11,000 in fines or both. He has a pre-trial conference set for Dec. 16.
Diane Sue Helland, 60, Juda, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that she not drink or enters bars and liquor stores. Helland is charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, both fourth offenses, stemming from an incident that occurred on Sept. 22. Police reports indicate that Helland was arrested after Green County deputies received a traffic complaint on Richland Road, Jefferson Township. Helland had a PAC of .392 percent after her arrest. She has a pre-trial conference set for Dec. 23.
Anthony R. Dollak, 55, Sun Prairie, was released on a $500 signature bond for one count of hit-and-run. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Sept. 15. Police reports indicate that Dollak was driving behind a milk truck on Wisconsin 104 in the Town of Decatur when Dollak attempted to pass the milk truck. The truck was in the middle of making a left turn and Dollak's vehicle hit the milk truck. He then allegedly fled the scene northbound on Wis. 104. He was later located and arrested.
