Felonies

• Steven A. Weber, 48, Bellevue, Neb., was charged Oct. 11 with two Class I felony counts of failure to pay child support in 2007 and 2008 for a girl born in 1995. A warrant is issued for his arrest.

• Timothy Lynn Owens, 34, address unknown, was charged Oct. 11 with three Class I felony counts of failure to pay child support in 2007, 2010 and 2011 for a boy born in 2004. A warrant is issued for his arrest.

• Michael P. Lamp, 36, Freeport, was charged Oct. 14 with five Class I felony counts of failure to pay child support between 2007 and 2011 for a boy born in 2005. A warrant is issued for his arrest.

• Chad A. Fortney, Sr., 38, Madison, was charged Oct. 14 with a class I felony count of failure to pay child support in 2011 for three children, a boy born in 2003 and boy-girl twins born in 1999. A warrant is issued for his arrest.



Misdemeanors

• Sarah Jo Anderson, 33, Monroe, was sentenced Sept. 27 to 14 days in jail and 18 months of probation for convictions of driving while intoxicated (third offense), disorderly conduct and fleeing police, stemming from an incident Jan. 4 that began at a residence in the W3700 block of Hummer Road in Jefferson Township. Dismissed were charges of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and operating under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. Records indicate Anderson was yelling and pounding on the door, then drove off, didn't stop for deputies pursuing her and crashed her SUV. The vehicle rolled three times and ejected her. Conditions of her probation include alcohol and drug treatment and no drinking or controlled substances.

• Corie Lee Tschannen, 32, Browntown, was charged Oct. 14 with two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, stemming from an incident Oct. 7 at her home on North Church Street. Court records indicate she aided and abetted Alex Meives, 28, Browntown, in procuring alcohol to drink, in violation of a bond condition that he not drink. Deputies found him sleeping in the basement. He reported he drank "a lot" of Jim Beam. A breathalyzer test showed a blood-alcohol level of 0.32 percent, four times the legal limit for driving. He faces related bail jumping charges. Tschannen's initial appearance is set for Nov. 11.

• Four Madison-area men were charged Oct. 14 with possession of marijuana, stemming from a traffic stop Aug. 10 on North Monroe Street in Monticello. Harrison James Gorski, 21, Henry Lee, 20, and Taylor L. Pulvermacher, 19, are all charged as a party to a crime. Edward Malcom Juto Kruser-Washington, 20, is also charged as a party to a crime and also faces a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, a glass pipe. Court records indicate 23 grams of marijuana were found in the vehicle, stored in a large plastic pill bottle.
