Green County

Felonies

• Amanda F. Fox, 29, Monroe, was charged Sept. 11 with forging checks in May at area gas stations. She faces four Class H felony counts of forgery. Court records indicate she forged a check for $160.29 at Stop-N-Go in Monroe; $224.37 at Kwik Trip in Monroe; $61.97 and $220.47 at Francois Oil Citgo in Monticello; and $262.91 at the Ampride in New Glarus. Her alleged purchases included cartons of cigarettes and cash-back. Her signature bond is set at $2,000. Her preliminary hearing is Nov. 19.

• Eric Gene Leibold, 47, and Jesse Alan Partridge, 21, jailed in Monroe, each face a Class H felony charge of battery by prisoners and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from a dispute between the two men July 23 at the Green County Jail. The men are accused of wrestling each other and throwing punches. Leibold told an investigator they had since made up, shook hands and "swept it under the rug." Partridge confirmed this to the investigator. Leibold has a pre-trial conference Oct. 15. Partridge has his preliminary hearing Oct. 17.

• Jean Ann Pick, 42, Monroe, was charged Sept. 17 with two Class H felony counts of child abuse and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from an incident Sept. 14 in Monroe. Court records indicate she was walking with her three daughters, ages 16, 14 and 13, when she grabbed at and pulled the hair of two girls and yelled at and shouted profanities at all three. She also allegedly slapped, pushed and scratched two of the girls. A not-guilty plea is entered in the case, and Pick has a pre-trial conference Nov. 29.



Misdemeanors

• Joel Torres-Raices, 26, Madison, was sentenced Sept. 12 to five months in jail, minus 97 days sentence credit, for revoking his probation on misdemeanor convictions from 2011 of possessing baggies of cocaine and marijuana during a traffic stop in Brodhead. His probation agent notes that he revoked his probation in June by assaulting a "complete stranger" in the parking lot of a nightclub in Madison. Police reported he grabbed and touched the woman inappropriately and offered her $500 to get in the backseat of a car with him. He has had trouble abiding by probation rules, the agent wrote: "Since the onset of his probation, Joel Torres-Raices has provided a false identity, including reporting that he is from Puerto Rico when in fact he is from Honduras. Mr. Torres-Raices' true name is Edwin Didirel Cruz." Immigration and Customs Enforcement has a detainer on him.

• Kyrene Robin Trevino, 28, jailed in Madison, was sentenced Sept. 12 to seven months in jail for revoking her probation on convictions of battery, bail jumping and disorderly conduct from 2011 and 2012. Her probation agent reports that Trevino stole bottles of alcohol from the Walmart in Monroe, failed to report an address change, didn't show up for an appointment and failed urine tests, indicating she was using heroin and cocaine.

• Adam Daniel Fiorucci, 25, Monroe, pleaded no contest Sept. 12 to an unclassified misdemeanor charge of violating a harassment restraining order in May. He was granted a one-year deferred prosecution with the conditions that he undergo an alcohol/drug-abuse and mental health assessment and follow through with all recommendations, attend quarterly monitoring conferences and pay a $263 fine, plus $550 in fines for forfeiture offenses of theft and contributing to truancy. Court records indicate he violating a restraining order by riding his bicycle past the petitioner's home and trying to make contact with her.

• Bryan Lee Johnson, 23, Argyle, pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to a Class A misdemeanor charge of having sex with a child age 16 or older. He was granted an 18-month deferred prosecution with the conditions that he pay a $263 fine and attend quarterly monitoring conferences. Court records indicate he had sexual intercourse in the front of his pickup truck with a 16-year-old girl on March 8 in a business parking lot in the 100 block of West 8th Street in Monroe. He has already undergone a sex offender treatment assessment and agreed to the recommended treatment and counseling. He may petition the court to end the deferred prosecution early, after one year. The parents of the girl had written to the court asking Judge James Beer to sentence him to jail.

• Randall E. Halvorson, 59, Browntown, pleaded no contest Sept. 12 to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $379 for the offense. The charge stems from an incident April 5 outside the Trailside Inn, 101 E. Old Highway Rd., Browntown. Court records indicate he yelled, swore and was swinging a fireman's ax while threatening to damage his daughter's car.

• Misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed Sept. 16 against Tylor Robert Heiligenthal, 20, New Glarus. The Village of New Glarus will be issuing citations against him instead. Court records indicate that on April 29 at his home, Heiligenthal yelled and swore, called his mother foul names, pushed her onto a bed, held her down and screamed at her with spit flying into her face, threw his headphones at her, broke a wicker basket and snapped a VHS tape in half.

• Aaron Nasim Mazahreh, 36, Monroe, was granted a one-year deferred prosecution Sept. 18 on misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct, stemming from a domestic dispute July 15 at his home in the 1000 block of 7th Avenue in Monroe. He allegedly squeezed a woman's wrists and yelled and swore at her.

• Darrin William Demrow, 34, Brodhead, pleaded no contest Sept. 23 to a Class B misdemeanor charge of sending a threatening text in April to a Brodhead woman. He was fined $479 for the offense.

• Kyle Daniel Watkins, 23, Belleville, was charged Sept. 20 with a Class A misdemeanor count of obstructing an officer. Court records indicate he lied to a deputy at the scene of a traffic crash July 3 on County CC in Exeter Township, saying he did not know the name of the person who drove away from the crash. A plea of not guilty is entered in the case. Watkins has a pre-trial conference Nov. 5.

• Three men face charges filed Sept. 23 of picking a bar fight Sept. 7 at Payne's Pub, 1101 First Center Ave., Brodhead. Daniel Scott Wirth, 42, is charged with counts of battery and disorderly conduct; Gary J. Wirth, 35, Monticello, is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct; and Michael David Wirth, 36, Monticello, is charged with one count of disorderly conduct. Court records indicate officers arrived to find a large crowd outside the bar and heard reports that the three men came in and picked a physical fight with two other men. All three are scheduled for an initial appearance Oct. 14.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

• Angela Mae Farrey, 33, Platteville, pleaded no contest Sept. 18 and was granted a one-year deferred prosecution on a Class A misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from an incident in the 400 block of East Truth Street in Shullsburg on Oct. 12, 2012. Court records indicate she was intoxicated on multiple substances, yelled and swore at officers and resisted arrest. She is ordered to pay the court $243 and abide by the conditions of her one-year agreement, including completing a behavioral health assessment and not drinking or going into bars or liquor stores. She must "successfully demonstrate appropriate and healthy independent living skills," "successfully manage her addiction," and provide her daughter with a "stable and consistent home free from health hazards, domestic violence and alcohol- and drug-use."

• Oscar Martinez-Herrera, 23, Darlington, was charged Sept. 24 with a Class A misdemeanor count of battery and a Class B misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, stemming from a domestic dispute July 25 at an apartment in the 1100 block of Madison Street in Darlington. Court records indicate he "backhanded" a woman in the face.
