FELONIES
- Travis Paul Bowles, 23, Monroe, had his preliminary hearing Tuesday, May 21, on three Class I felony charges of possession of tetrahydrocannabinols (THC, marijuana), possession of THC with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug-trafficking place, plus an unclassified misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, all as repeat offenses since Bowles has prior drug convictions. The charges were filed May 11, after Monroe Police arrested Bowles in a drug raid May 9 in a home in the 500 block of West 21st Street, and he's since been released from jail on a $3,600 signature bond and $400 cash bond. His arraignment is scheduled for June 11.
