Green County Felonies

• The court Wednesday scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Craig O. Albright, 37, Monroe, who is charged with child abuse, battery and disorderly conduct.

Court records allege he grabbed a child and dropped her on the floor and also grabbed a woman's arm May 4 at a Monroe residence.

He is charged with physical abuse of a child, a class I felony, battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces more than four years in prison and up to $21,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $2,500 signature bond.

• The court Wednesday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Gene A. Isely, 26, Monroe, who is charged with drug and drug paraphernalia possession.

Court records allege he had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession April 28 in Monroe. He was convicted of possession of marijuana in 2007.

He is charged with possession of marijuana, a class I felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces more than three years in prison and more than $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

Misdemeanors

• The court Wednesday scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Justin L. Golackson, 21, Hollandale, who pleaded not guilty to criminal damage to property and bail jumping.

Court records allege he broke 68 ceiling tiles April 28 in Adams township. He was on bond for sending threatening messages on a computer and obstructing an officer.

He is charged with criminal damage to property and bail jumping, both class A misdemeanors. He faces up to 18 months in jail and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on $1,000 signature bond.

In a second case, the court Wednesday scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Golackson for two counts of bail jumping.

Court records allege that between Feb. 12 and Feb. 19 he contacted a person in violation of his court-ordered bond in a previous case. He as on bond for sending threatening messages on a computer and obstructing an officer.

He is charged with two counts of bail jumping, both class A misdemeanors. He faces up to 18 months in jail and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $6,000 signature bond.
