Lucretia M. Sowell, 33, Belleville, had a felony count of possessing marijuana, second offense, dismissed on a prosecutor's motion Wednesday. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 28. She owes no fines.
Misdemeanors
James Victor Vallo III, 36, Reedsburg, could have a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct dismissed if he complies with all conditions of a deferred prosecution agreement. Vallo also had one count of battery dismissed Tuesday, and will be on probation for one year. Court records indicate Vallo allegedly yelled and swore at his girlfriend and then pushed, kicked, head-butted and pinched her while she was holding their 1-month-old son on Nov. 24. Vallo owes the court $100.
