Joseph W. Carow, 23, Albany, was found guilty due to a guilty plea on Thursday, March 27, of eluding an officer and criminal damage to property stemming from an incident that occurred on Sept. 28. Court records indicate Carow took a blue Chevy Colorado from a residence in Albany and eluded officers for about three hours. Officers were following the truck down Wisconsin 104 at speeds exceeding 80 miles per hour when he hit "stop sticks" set out by officers to slow the truck. Carow then slowed the vehicle to about 60 mph and drifted into ditch and hit a utility pole. A woman in the truck with Carow said he deliberately aimed for the utility pole and took off his seatbelt prior to the collision. Officers found a bottle of Captain Morgan rum with 3/4 gone that had been ejected from the truck. Carow will serve four years on probation with conditions that he pay back damages to the truck, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes, not drink or go into bars and liquor stores.
Carrie A. Zekoff, 38, Gratiot, was found guilty due to a guilty plea on Friday, March 28, of possessing precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine stemming from an incident on April 2. She also had charges of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed. Court records indicate Zekoff was driving with an accomplice to several department stores in Monroe and picking up items like red phosphorous matches, pseudoephedrine, Heet brand antifreeze and many other items known to be used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. A deputy had tailed the vehicle for some time because the driver of the vehicle was wanted for manufacturing meth. After a vehicle search where the deputies found the items used in making meth, they also found a white residue on the driver's side visor-mirror and a razor. Zekoff will be on probation for three years and must undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes, not drink, do drugs or enter bars and liquor stores. She owes the court $176.

Ellis E. Williams, 23, Madison, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possessing marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 6. Court records indicate Williams was stopped outside a tavern on 13th Street and 23rd Avenue in his 1999 Pontiac Grand Am where an officer found 3.5 grams of marijuana in plastic baggies in the trunk. He owes a forfeiture fine of $673.50.
Kadeisha C. Otto, 20, address unknown, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for using a false ID to get into a bar on Dec. 23, 2012. Court records indicate Otto used another woman's driver's license to enter a tavern in the W5000 block of County KK and then lied to a deputy about her age. She owes a forfeiture fine of $217.10
Robert L. Wedig, 49, Monroe, had two charges of resisting an officer and one charge of disorderly conduct dismissed. The alleged crimes occurred on Dec. 16, 2012 but all charges have been dismissed.

Wedig will serve 60 days in jail and be on probation for two years and will also be required to have an ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle for a period of two years. He will have his license revoked for 33 months. He is also required to undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes. He owes a forfeiture fine of $2,930.
Donald L. Martinez, 24, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of shoving his girlfriend while she was holding a toddler on Oct. 11. Martinez also had two charges of bail jumping dismissed. He will serve five days in jail and is eligible for work release. He owes the court $343.

Matthew P. Baumgartner, 22, Monticello, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possessing 3.4 grams of marijuana on Feb. 10. Court records indicate Baumgartner was stopped for a traffic violation on 26th Avenue and 6th Street and he told the officer there were drugs between the driver's seat and center console. He will serve five days in jail.
Eric R. West, 29, Monroe, was had judgment deferred for charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 21. He also had charges of intimidating a victim and battery dismissed. Court records indicate West yelled and threw lotion containers at his mother, punched her and broke a chair by kicking it. West has been diagnosed as bipolar and was allegedly off his medication. He will be on probation for two years and owes the court $200.

Troy D. Voit, 44, Dodge Correctional, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of four counts of burglarizing a trailer home stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 28 as a party to a crime. He also had 16 other charges dismissed, eight for theft, six for criminal damage to property, one for possession of stolen tools and one for burglary of a trailer home. Voit will serve 14 years imprisonment and 28 years on probation consecutive to the eight years imprisonment and eight years on probation for a conviction in Winnebago County for similar charges. He owes the court $704.
Brian B. Radaj, 49, Little Suamico, was found guilty due to a guilty plea to four counts of burglarizing a trailer home stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 28 as a party to a crime. He also had 16 charges dismissed, eight for theft, six for criminal damage to property, one for possession of stolen tools and one for burglary of a trailer home. Radaj will serve 22 years imprisonment with 20 years of probation served consecutively to 24 years imprisonment and 12 years on probation for a conviction of similar charges in Winnebago County. Radaj owes the court $704.
