Felonies

• Laci Lynn Ramsden, 30, Monroe, pleaded no contest Tuesday, March 12, to a Class G felony charge of delivering cocaine and was sentenced to two years of probation. She is ordered to get a job, undergo alcohol and drug counseling, pay $268 in court fees and not drink. Court records indicate Ramsden sold cocaine on two occasions on the street in Monroe, both times to an undercover agent: 2.8 grams for $100 on June 19 in the 2700 block of 8th 1/2 Street and 0.8 grams for $50 on Aug. 9 in the 1500 block of 8th Street. The first charge, a Class F felony, was dismissed. Also dismissed against Ramsden on Tuesday was a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting two pairs of underwear in September from Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., Monroe.

• Thomas Allen McLean, 25, jailed in Monroe, pleaded no contest Wednesday, March 13, to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and sending threatening messages and a traffic charge of driving with a revoked license. He was sentenced to two years of probation and 20 days in jail. He is also ordered to undergo mental health treatment and counseling, undergo an assessment for drug- and alcohol-abuse and follow through with all recommended counseling and pay $972 to the court. The charges stem from two incidents. On Dec. 13 in Monroe, court records indicate he screamed at a woman and others in an apartment building in the 800 block of 15th Avenue, waved a knife in her face and sent text messages and left a voice mail threatening that if she reported the incident to police, "Blood will be shed." On Dec. 15 in Monticello, court records further indicate he swore and screamed at a police officer and Green County deputy, threatened them and physically resisted his arrest and concealed within his vehicle a stolen yellow reflective police vest. Misdemeanor charges of resisting/obstructing an officer and receiving stolen property and a felony charge of intimidating a victim were dismissed.

Misdemeanors

• Lionel Joseph Dumond, 47, New Glarus, pleaded no contest Wednesday, March 13, to a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $379. The charge stems from an arrest Dec. 30 on 6th Avenue in New Glarus. Court records indicate Dumond caused a disturbance by yelling and swearing, throwing a kitchen chair, calling a woman names, pushing her and also pushing two children, ages 8 and 3, causing them to lose their balance and fall.

• Amber Kay Kluever, 25, Monticello, pleaded guilty Wednesday, March 13, to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (second offense) in May. She was sentenced to five days in jail, fined $1,109 and ordered to undergo an alcohol-abuse assessment. A charge that she jumped bail by drinking alcohol at a tavern on 17th Street in Monroe in December was dismissed but "read in," meaning the judge considered it in his sentencing.
