Green County Felonies>

• The court Thursday scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Derek E. Gobeli, 21, Janesville, who pleaded not guilty to drug charges.

Court records allege he had cocaine in his possession Feb. 13, more than 400 grams of marijuana in his possession April 8, 58 ecstasy pills in his possession April 8 and drug paraphernalia in his possession April 8. He was on bond for obstructing an officer and possession of marijuana at the time of the incident.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotic drugs, a class D felony, possession of cocaine, a class F felony, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class H felony, bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces more than 32 years in prison and more than $55,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $10,000 signature bond.

• The court Wednesday issued a warrant for Richard W. Jarosz, 39, Monroe, who is charged with two counts of failure to pay child support.

Court records allege he failed to pay child support between August 2007 and May 2008 for a child born in 1998.

He is charged with two counts of failure to pay child support, both class I felonies. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.

• The court Wednesday issued a warrant for Jason M. Dunlap, 24, Orangeville, who is charged with failure to pay child support.

Court records allege he failed to pay child support from February 2007 to May 2008 for a child born in 2006.

He is charged with two counts of failure to pay child support, both class I felonies. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.

Misdemeanors>

The court Thursday scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Kenneth S. Creed, 50, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to two counts of violating an injunction.

Court records allege he repeatedly contacted a woman in violation of a court-ordered injunction in Cadiz township between May 26 and May 28.

He is charged with two counts of violation an injunction, both unclassified misdemeanors. He faces up to six months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $750 signature bond.
