The court Friday scheduled a July 6 plea hearing for Daniel J. Kundert, 19, Monroe, who stood mute to drug possession and bail jumping charges.
Court records allege he had approximately 250 Oxycotin tablets in his possession June 5 in Sylvester township. At the time of his arrest, he was on bond for a 2009 case in which he was charged with possession of narcotic drugs, resisting an officer and bail jumping.
He is charged with possession with intent to deliver narcotic drugs, a class E felony, and bail jumping, a class H felony. He faces up to 25 years in prison and up to $60,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $4,000 signature bond and a $1,000 cash bond.
In a second case, the court scheduled a July 6 plea hearing after Kundert stood mute to driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, trespassing, contributing to the delinquency of a child and bail jumping.
Court records allege he drove a car without the owner's permission, entered a Monroe residence without permission and encouraged a child under the age of 17 to trespass. At the time of the incident, he was on bond for two counts of criminal damage to property, contributing to the delinquency of a child and possession of a dangerous weapon at a school.
He is charged with driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, a class H felony, and trespassing, contributing to the delinquency of a child and bail jumping, all class A misdemeanors. He faces more than eight years in prison and up to $40,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $1,500 signature bond and $500 cash bond.
The court Friday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled an Aug. 3 district attorney conference for Jeremy M. Mullen, 30, Monroe, who stood mute to fleeing an officer.
Court records allege he failed to stop his motorcycle and increased the speed of the motorcycle to about 120 mph when signaled by an officer May 26 in Monroe township.
He is charged with attempting to flee an officer, a class I felony. He faces more than three years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $2,000 signature bond.

The court dismissed one count of bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. She originally faced up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines.
Court records indicate she argued and swore at Monroe Police Department officers while they were investigating a report of underage drinking Nov. 29 in Monroe.
