Felonies
MONROE - Raymond W. Fallin, 45, Monroe, was found guilty June 30 of breaking conditions of his probation. On Nov. 29, 2010, he was found guilty of two counts of bail jumping, both class A misdemeanors, stemming from a Sept. 10, 2010 incident. His probation was revoked on May 19, 2011, after he had contact with an individual he was not allowed to have contact with under conditions of his parole. He was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $686.
Fallin was also found guilty of breaking conditions of parole in another case, after he had contact with the same individual. He was found guilty on Nov. 29, 2010 of another count of bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from an Oct. 12, 2010 incident. He was fined $243 and sentenced to six months in jail, which is to be served concurrently with any other guilty charges.
In addition, he was found guilty of breaking parole conditions in a separate charge. He was found guilty on Nov. 29, 2010 of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from an Aug. 17, 2010 incident.

MONROE - Shanelle L. Sanchez, 28, Monroe, was found guilty July 5 after pleading no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from a Jan. 19 incident. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $243. She was also found guilty of bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. She was fined $243 and sentenced to 15 days in jail, which is to run consecutive with any previous guilty charges.
Jonathan R. Leverton-Duerst, 18, New Glarus, was found guilty July 6 after pleading no contest to a charge of possessing THC, an unclassified misdemeanor, stemming from a March 8 incident. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $243.
