GREEN COUNTY
FELONIES
Danielle Jean Donohue, 25, Verona, was charged Jan. 25 with a Class I felony count of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Donohue's charges stem from an incident on Jan. 23 when her vehicle was found in a ditch on Wis. 69, Town of Washington. According to police reports, Donohue seemed intoxicated during a sobriety test and refused to show her forearms to officers. She then became angry and disorderly toward the officers when they began a K-9 search of her vehicle. During the search, officers found syringes later found to contain methamphetamine, as well as other items to aid in the storage and injection of the drug. Donohue signed a $1,000 signature bond on Jan. 26 with conditions that she not possess or consume any controlled substances. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 24. The maximum possible sentence for her charges is 1.5 years in prison.
Willie Lydell Mosby, 36, Madison, was charged Jan. 27 with four Class H felony counts of bail jumping, as well as two misdemeanor counts of violating a restraining order. The charges stem from two incidents in December when Mosby sent text messages and phone calls to a Belleville woman he was prohibited from contacting by a restraining order. On Dec. 7, Mosby called and sent messages wishing the woman well and asking her to not be angry at him. On Dec. 18, he sent another series of texts apparently in support of the New England Patriots, although his final message that day claimed the messages were intended for someone else. These contacts each violated his restraining order and his bond from a previous violation in January of 2016. Mosby's maximum possible sentence is 12 years in prison.
Allan Craig Kopke, 21, DeForest, was charged Jan. 31 with a Class I felony count of possession of methamphetamine. Kopke was charged after an erratic driver was reported on Jan. 27 on Wis. 69, Town of New Glarus. When police stopped Kopke's vehicle, they reportedly smelled what they though was marijuana. However, a search of Kopke's vehicle revealed a bag of a crystalline substance, later found to be meth. Kopke's preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 9. His maximum possible sentence is 1.5 years in prison.
Brad Allen Scott, 38, Gratiot, was charged Feb. 3 with two Class H felony counts of bail jumping as well as a misdemeanor count of bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of driving with a revoked license. Scott was charged after an incident Jan. 20 in Monroe, when a police officer stopped Scott, who was driving in the 2000 block of 10th Avenue. The officer recognized Scott and knew his license was revoked. This violated various bonds from a November case of identity theft and a Jan. 10 case of bail jumping, as well as an April case of cashing worthless checks. Scott's preliminary hearing will take place March 1. His maximum possible sentence is six years in prison.
