MONROE - Jesse A. Partridge, 21, jailed in Monroe, was found guilty of one count Class A Misdemeanor battery and had one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct dismissed Friday Feb. 21. Partridge was found guilty of hitting and wrestling a fellow inmate, Eric G. Leibold, 47, on July 23 at the Green County Jail. Partridge had two years of probation added concurrent to his previous charges. Partridge was initially jailed for revoking his probation after failing to show up to appointments with his agent and using marijuana and drinking. Partridge owes the court $176.
Justin W. Wenger, 31, Monticello, had a signature bond set at $9,000 with additional conditions that he not possess or consume any intoxicants, that he reside with his father, that he stay at his father's residence between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless traveling to and from work and is allowed until 11 p.m. to attend children's athletics. Wenger was initially charged with one count of Class I Felony delivering illegal articles to an inmate, one count of Class A Misdemeanor criminal damage to property and one count of Class C Misdemeanor violations of state institution laws in January of 2011. Wenger also received a $10,000 bond for a separate case with three counts of Class H Felony bail jumping and one count of Class A Misdemeanor resisting an officer. Wenger's bond conditions for this case are the same as listed above with separate conditions that he not leave the state of Wisconsin, possess any firearms or dangerous weapons and that his bond be co-signed by his father. Wenger was initially charged for bail jumping and resisting an officer after fleeing police in August of 2013.
