Misdemeanors

• Jessica Lynn Holler, 28, New Glarus, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, a misdemeanor. She also had a charge of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed on Tuesday. Holler was sentenced to 60 days in jail with work release privileges, her license will be revoked for two years and she is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year upon relicensing. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 16. Holler owes a fine of $1,620. Holler had a separate charge of resisting or obstructing an officer stemming from the same incident dismissed.

Felonies

• Douglas R. Nihles, 31, Platteville, had charges of domestic abuse-related false imprisonment and disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion Tuesday. The charges stem from an incident that occurred April 11. Nihles owes no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed.
