Carrie L. Bell Clark, 47, of Monroe, WI passed away Friday September 9, 2016 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. She was born in Freeport on August 12, 1969, the daughter of Dale Bell and Lynn Barthel.

Carrie was a registered nurse with Agrace Hospice Care in Madison, WI where she healed and touched many lives. She was a 1987 graduate of Prairie High School in Gowry, IA and Highland Community College School of Nursing. Known as a very outgoing person Carrie enjoyed music, the Chicago Bears, spending time with family and friends and traveling to the Wisconsin Dells and Disney World. Her two sons meant the world to her, and her infectious laugh brought a smile to everyone she met.

Surviving are her parents Dale (Krissy) Bell of Monroe, WI and Lynn (George) Davis of Freeport, IL; two sons Logan (Jolie LaBarre) Cisewski of Brodhead, WI and Nolan Clark of Monroe, WI; and grandmothers Gladys Thruman and Duane Fitzpatrick. Also surviving are family members Ariel Clark, Nicole Ahles, Tim Davis, Darin Davis, Kim Keltner and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers Eugene Barthel, Franklin Fitzpatrick, Ken Thruman and James Bell, and sister Andrea Glee Bell.

Friends are invited to a celebration of life from 2:00-5:00 P.M. September 15, 2016 at the Eagles Club in Freeport. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her memory. Please visit and sign Carrie's guestbook at www.burketubbs.com
