MONROE - A Brooklyn man with at least four convictions of driving while intoxicated pleaded guilty last week in Green County Circuit Court to his fifth offense or more of DWI, a felony.
Ronald Lee Templeton, 40, was sentenced on March 8 to one year in jail, with work-release privileges, and three years of probation.
Court records indicate he was arrested last September on Wisconsin 59 after an Albany police officer responded to a complaint that a "highly intoxicated" man was trying to pump gas at an area gas station.
A test of Templeton's blood showed an alcohol concentration of .324, more than four times the legal limit of .08 limit.
His license is revoked, and he's been ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. He owes the court $3,643 in fines.
Templeton was convicted of DWI in Wisconsin in 1993, 1994, 1997 and 2005.
