Betty Pink, age 92 of Argyle, WI passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013 at her home in Argyle surrounded by her family. She was born at her home in Castle Rock Ridge in Montfort, WI to Frank and Ida (Roh) Prochaska. Betty was united in marriage to Cletus F. Pink on January 26, 1943 at St. John Nepemocene Catholic Church, Castle Rock Ridge of Montfort, WI. She farmed with her husband Cletus in Adams Township, Green County, WI from 1965-1976 when they moved to rural Argyle. She worked at Argyle Industries for many years.

Betty is survived by her children: Bill (Karol) Pink of Burnet, TX, Vicki (Neale) Tollakson of Argyle, Mary (Leon) Broussard of Paso Robles, CA, Jane Buzak of Milford, CT, Maggie Sproul of Anchorage, AK, Jim Pink and Jorge Perez of Phoenix, AZ, Andy (Judy) Pink of Monroe, WI, Berni (Brad) Ostby of Argyle, Ann (John) Emery of Argyle, Joe (Margo) Pink of Elizabeth, IL, Joyce Ball of Galena, IL, Cletus Pink of Argyle, Paul (Lisa Langdok) Pink of Prescott, WI, Evie Pink of Argyle, Tom Pink of Argyle; 40 grandchildren, over 25 great-grandchildren, over 3 great-great-grandchildren; and sisters: Aggie Bumpkamp, of Highland, WI, Sister Bernadette Prochaska, F.S.P.A. of Milwaukee, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Cletus on February 8, 2004, granddaughter: Sheryl Ann Broussard in 1987, 4 sisters: Theresa, Catherine, Barbara and Mary Ann, 3 brothers: Joe, Frank and Larry.

Betty was a very spiritual person with a very strong faith. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Argyle and its CCW. Betty enjoyed fishing, gardening, playing pinochle, Big Band Music and dancing. Some of her best times were spent with her family during the holidays, especially Christmas. Some of her favorite past times were watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, playing Yahtzee, and watching "Soaps." She was the best cook ever. She put together a cookbook "Bohemian Cooking and Then Some" for her family. Her place in the house is empty now. But her spirit will be forever with us. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Argyle, WI (213 North Lafayette Street, Argyle 53504) with Rev. Thomas Gillespie of Argyle and Rev. David Wanish of Lake Mills, WI co-officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in rural Argyle, WI. A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be prayed at 4:00 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home in Argyle (801 East Milwaukee St.). A visitation will also be held Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until time of services at the church. Online Condolences may be left for the family at www.ericksonfuneralhome.com
