He was jailed.
● Troy W. Coleman, 24, Platteville, was cited for possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without proof of vehicle insurance, speeding and driving without a valid license at 9:05 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

● Trinity R. Pooley, 23, Scales Mound, Illinois, was cited for hit-and-run on an unattended vehicle and failure to file an accident report after deputies responded at 2:56 a.m. to a hit-and-run accident on South Judgement Street in Shullsburg.

He was taken to the jail, where he was booked and released. He was also cited for speeding and driving without vehicle insurance.

MONROE — David J. Oliver, 18, Monroe, was arrested on two warrants issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office and cited for underage drinking after police were called to investigate a suspicious person in the 900 block of 11th Street at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14. He was jailed.
● Shawn W. Boss, 19, Monticello, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Community Corrections’ Probation and Parole Office and cited for marijuana possession in the 500 block of West 21st Street at 11:13 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15. He was jailed.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Mackenzie L. Welacha, 27, New Glarus, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections warrant in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West in Monroe at 5:08 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15. She was jailed.
On Friday, Nov. 16:
● Victor Hugo Rosales Martinez, 32, Freeport, was cited for driving without a valid license (second offense within three years) after deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding at 5:36 a.m. in the N3900 block of Wisconsin 59, Town of Sylvester.
● Roberta R. Krueger, 53, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 9:06 a.m. to a residence in the W6400 block of Patterson Road, Town of Clarno. The Wisconsin State Patrol assisted with the call.
On Sunday, Nov. 18:
● Brian L. Ledesma, 24, Belleville, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery, criminal damage to property and strangulation after deputies responded at 2:44 p.m. to a domestic abuse case at a residence in the N8300 block of County X, Town of Exeter. He was jailed.
● Cheryl M. Bowers, 43, Belleville, was arrested for a probation violation after deputies responded at 3:14 p.m. to a residence in the W2600 block of Story Creek Circle, Town of Exeter. She was jailed. The Belleville Police Department assisted at the scene.
