Monroe Police

MONROE — A disturbance was reported at 4:22 p.m. March 22 in the 1000 block of 15th Avenue. Jessica L. Cerny, 46, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and for bail jumping, a violation of a prior case. Kelly J. Williams, 44, Monroe, was also arrested on a warrant issued by the Janesville Police Department from an OWI case and for bail jumping, a violation from a prior case. Both were jailed.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — A 911 call was reported at 12:08 a.m. March 22 in the 100 block of North Main Street in Monticello. Dixie R. Wettach, 18, Monticello, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property. She was also cited for underage drinking. She was jailed.

DARLINGTON — On Mar. 12: 

●  A traffic complaint was reported at 8:24 p.m. on Spore Road, Town of Argyle. 

●  Deputies responded for a one-vehicle accident at 8:50 p.m. on County G, Town of Willow Springs. Green County EMS of Darlington assisted. 

On Mar. 13: 

●  A deputy assisted Shullsburg police with a suspicious activity complaint at 12:23 a.m. on West Estey Street in Shullsburg. 

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 8:55 a.m. on County W, Town of Benton. 

●  An animal bite was reported at 3:39 p.m. on Hilldale Road, Town of New Diggings. 

●  Logan M. Matteson, 19, Isanti, Minnesota, was cited for speeding at 4:01 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. 

●  Sarah M. Matheson, 21, De Père, was cited for speeding at 4:20 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. 

●  Alyssa D. Fisher, 31, Albany, was cited for operating while suspended and no vehicle insurance at 4:24 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. 

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 5:05 p.m. on Pleasant View Road, Town of Seymour. 

●  Maurice D. King, 50, New Glarus, was cited for speeding at 8:17 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. 

●  A deputy responded for a courtesy ride at 8:44 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington. 

●  Kevin W. Hansen, 53, Platteville, was arrested on a fifth-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 8:49 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. He was also cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was jailed.

● Christopher J. Engelke, 17, Belmont, was cited for not wearing a seatbelt at 9:31 p.m. March 14 on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

●  Criminal damage to property was reported at 7:20 a.m. on Lange Road, Town of Darlington.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 6:05 p.m. on West Milwaukee Street in Argyle and at 10:31 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne. 

●  A deputy responded to keep the peace at 8:36 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. 

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 8:37 p.m. March 19 on County F, Town of Darlington. 

On March 20: 

●  Emil L. Melssen, 43, Platteville, was cited for no vehicle insurance at 12:39 a.m. on Bennett Road, Town of Benton.
