DARLINGTON — Preston Richardson, 18, Lancaster, was cited May 22 for two counts of issuing worthless checks following a complaint by a business on Wis. 23.
● Chloe A. Mosley, 21, Argyle, was cited for displaying a false registration plate and operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 4:03 p.m. Saturday, May 25, following a traffic stop on East Louisa Street.
● Victor H. Gonzalez-Rodriguez, 27, Darlington, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 10:44 p.m. Saturday, May 25, following a traffic stop on East Louisa Street. He was also cited for unnecessary acceleration and driving without a valid license.
● Luis F. Ramos-Hernandez, 18, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license at 6:29 p.m. Sunday, May 26, following a traffic stop on Ohio Street.
● Nena L. Juras, 31, Argyle, was cited for displaying a false registration plate at 10:57 p.m. Sunday, May 26, following a traffic stop on Galena Street.
● Wyatt P. Gollmer, 22, Darlington was cited for reckless driving endangering safety and unreasonable and imprudent speeding at 2:08 a.m. Monday, May 27, following contact on Main Street.
● Natum T. Bevins, 46, Darlington was cited for driving with a suspended license at 2:25 a.m. Monday, May 27, following a traffic stop on Clay Street.
Monroe Police
MONROE — Officers arrested two Monroe residents following an investigation into an earlier domestic dispute at 12:19 a.m. Friday, May 17, in the 2200 block of 1st Street. Kory R. Costa, 24, and Chelsea R. Knell, 29, were charged with disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence Laws. Knell was also charged with resisting arrest. Costa was also arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant. Both were jailed pending court.
● Robert L. Wedig, 54, Monroe, was arrested in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue at 3:15 p.m. Friday, May 17, on a Monroe Police Department warrant for two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. He was jailed pending court.
● Jeffery K. Norton, 32, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on a probation hold and on charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of bail jumping after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance at a residence in the 2600 block of 15th Street at 11:43 p.m. Sunday, May 26. Norton was put on probation three days earlier in Green County Circuit Court for convictions of bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer.
● Travis J. Runke, 46, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance at a residence in the 500 block of West 21st Street at 12:39 a.m. Monday, May 27. He was jailed pending court.
● Kyle R. Neuenschwander, 25, Monroe, was arrested at a residence in the 400 block of 21st Street at 6:09 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a probation or parole violation. He was jailed pending court.
On Thursday, May 30:
● Adam J. Miller, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin Domestic Violence Laws after officers were called at 12:10 p.m. to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of 6th Street. He was booked and released after posting bail.
● Scott W. Bartosik, 61, Monroe, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant for a probation or parole violation at 2:07 a.m. at a residence in the 700 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed pending court.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Patrick H. Roper, 43, Belleville, was arrested on a charge of trespassing to a dwelling after deputies and Belleville police responded to a report of trespassing in the N9400 block of County D at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday, May 28. He was jailed pending bond or court.
On Thursday, May 30:
● Deaundre M. Jones, 42, New Glarus, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and felony strangulation/suffocation, both domestic abuse-related, after deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at 3:39 a.m. at a residence in the 300 block of 6th Avenue. He was jailed pending court.
● Tanya M. McGuire, 41, Orangeville, was arrested on two warrants after deputies responded at 8:16 a.m. to the intersection of Wis. 69 and Washington Road, Town of Washington, for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. McGuire was driving the vehicle when it left the road and got stuck in the ditch. McGuire was uninjured. The vehicle did not sustain damage. It was removed from the ditch by a tow truck. During contact with McGuire, deputies discovered she had warrants out of La Crosse and Crawford County for failure to appear in court and failure to pay a fine. She was jailed pending transport to La Crosse County or Crawford County.
● Vernon M. Benson Jr., 26, Beloit, was arrested on two warrants at 1:20 p.m. at the Green County Justice Center in Monroe. One warrant was a body-only warrant issued through the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office. The other was issued through the Beloit Police Department for failure to pay a fine. Benson was jailed pending transport to Walworth County or Rock County.
● Cynthia L. Hughes, 58, Monroe, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation hold at 1:49 p.m. at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe. She was jailed.

● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 8:26 a.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.
● An erratic driver was reported at 11:01 a.m. on County K, Town of Gratiot.
● An animal injured on the roadway was reported at 11:43 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.
● A civil dispute was reported at 4:15 p.m. on West Wisconsin Avenue in Belmont.
● A traffic hazard with debris on the roadway was reported at 4:54 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
● An erratic driver was reported at 5:54 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs.
● A deputy came across a disabled vehicle at 6:17 p.m. on West River Road, Town of Darlington. As a result, Jose L. Cruz-Martinez, 27, Darlington, was cited for driving with no vehicle insurance and without a valid license.
● A deputy responded at 7:05 p.m. to assist Darlington police on West Liberty Street in Belmont.
