● Jeramine L. Watson, 37, Benton, was cited for speeding and no vehicle insurance at 9:47 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.

● Jamie J. Croschere, 47, Nora, Illinois, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 11:01 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Benton. He was also cited for driving while suspended and failure to have child in safety restraints. He was released. Nathan J. Crochere, 28, East Dubuque, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed.
