Albany Police

ALBANY — On Saturday, Nov. 24:

●  Dylan D. Pryce, 23, DeForest, was cited for driving with a suspended license.

●  Timothy C. Rice, 54, Omro, was cited for non-registration of an auto.


Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD — For the week of Nov. 18-24, police performed 14 security checks, 20 citizen assists, six assists of other agencies, 11 vehicle registrations and 12 follow-ups to incidents; responded to 14 calls for service, seven EMS calls, two fire calls and seven 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls; and made 15 traffic stops. No mental health or detox transports were reported.

On Sunday, Nov. 18:

●  Loud music was reported at 2:06 p.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. No violation was located upon police arrival.

●  A barking dog was reported at 3:31 p.m. in the 1200 block of East 6th Avenue. Police warned the owner.

On Monday, Nov. 19:

●  A gas drive-off was reported at 4:43 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

On Tuesday, Nov. 20:

●  Police responded to a complaint about a person who would not leave the premises at 4:04 p.m. in the 1300 block of East 2nd Avenue. Police made contact with the person, and the matter was resolved.

●  A temporary restraining order violation was reported at 7:29 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.

●  Damage to property was reported at 9:21 p.m. in the 1100 block of West 2nd Avenue.

On Wednesday, Nov. 21:

●  A Forreston, Illinois man, 31, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol content at 2:27 a.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.

●  A Brodhead man, 42, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, operating left of center and driving without a valid license at 8:21 p.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

On Thursday, Nov. 22:

●  A Janesville woman, 50, was cited for speeding and non-registration of a motor vehicle at 9:27 a.m. in the 700 block of 1st Street.

●  A Brodhead man, 23, was cited for speeding and possessing marijuana at 10:20 a.m. in the 600 block of 23rd Street.

●  A Brodhead man, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 11:45 p.m. in the 700 block of East 2nd Avenue.

On Friday, Nov. 23:

●  A barking dog was reported at 8:31 a.m. in the 400 block of West 2nd Avenue. The owner was warned.

●  An Avalon woman, 49, was cited for speeding at 6:07 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.


New Glarus Police

New Glarus — On Monday, Nov. 19:

●  Police responded to an accidental 911 dial at 8:42 a.m. in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue.

●  Ryan M. Weiss, 20, Fitchburg, was cited for an illegal window tint on his vehicle at 3:42 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 14th Avenue.

●  Police received a call at 8:06 p.m. from a resident needing assistance with removing a bat from their home in the 1000 block of 2nd Street.

On Tuesday, Nov. 20:

●  A medical call was reported at 9:40 a.m. in the 900 block of Glarner Drive.

●  At 1:48 p.m., police came across a family trying to catch their dog that got out of the house in the 500 block of Elmer Road. The dog was caught.

●  A vehicle that had not moved for several days in the 400 block of 5th Avenue was cited at 1:58 p.m.

●  Police served papers on a New Glarus resident at 5:29 p.m. for a small claims action in Dane County Circuit Court.

●  At 6:14 p.m., police assisted the Brodhead Police Department with serving a citation to a resident in the New Glarus area in reference to a Brodhead case.

On Wednesday, Nov. 21:

●  A medical call was reported at 10 a.m. in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue.

●  Kala L. Booth, 28, New Glarus, was cited for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance and non-registration of a vehicle at 1:47 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.

●  The Green County Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of police at 5:34 p.m. with removing a deer carcass on Wis. 69 near Spring Valley Road.

●  A dog at large was reported at 6:53 p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street. The owner was warned.

●  Police assisted the Green County Sheriff’s Office with locating a runaway juvenile at 8:30 p.m. The juvenile was located.

●  A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:53 p.m. in the 100 block of 3rd Avenue.

On Thursday, Nov. 22:

●  A medical call was reported at 11:21 a.m. in the 800 block of Wis. 69.

●  Devin M. Bean, 25, Rockford, Illinois, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 10:23 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69.

On Friday, Nov. 23:

●  A men’s wallet found in the 10 block of 11th Avenue was turned over to police at 1:18 p.m.

●  A debit card found in the 100 block of 5th Avenue was turned over to police at 3:18 p.m. The card was returned to the owner.

●  Police assisted the Green County Sheriff’s Office with a residential alarm in the Town of New Glarus at 4:22 p.m.

●  Rachel A. Noriega, 27, Monticello, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance after being stopped for an equipment violation at 6:09 p.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69

●  Bethany A. Hover, 28, Portage, was cited for driving without a valid license after being stopped for an equipment violation at 7:37 p.m. in the 10 block of 2nd Street.

●  A stray cat was reported in the area of Heidi Court at 8:58 p.m. The animal did not match the description of any missing animals within the village and the owner was given the phone number for the Green County Humane Society.

●  A medical call was reported at 10:57 p.m. in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue.

●  Two vehicles were cited for being parked in violation of the “No Parking 2 a.m.-6 a.m.” ordinance in the 500 block of 1st Street at about 2:40 a.m.

On Saturday, Nov. 24:

●  A medical call was reported at 11:10 a.m. in the 1100 block of 5th Street.

●  A medical call was reported at 5:39 p.m. in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue.

●  A suspicious vehicle was reported at 10:23 p.m. in the 10 block of 6th Avenue.

On Sunday, Nov. 25:

●  Debris was removed from the roadway at 12:28 a.m. in the 10 block of 11th Avenue.

●  Police investigated suspicious activity at 2:33 a.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

●  Police removed a dead opossum from the roadway in the 1300 block of Elmer Road at 11:39 a.m.

●  Police assisted the Green County Sheriff’s Office at 4:24 p.m. regarding an investigation that started on Primrose Center Road and County O.


Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Alicia Hernandez-Trujillo, 28, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license or vehicle insurance following a traffic stop on Main Street at about 12:20 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Beau L. Stuhr, 34, Brodhead, turned himself in at the Green County Sheriff’s Office on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant at 7:35 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26. He was jailed.

On Tuesday, Nov. 27:

●  Gregorio Medina, 38, Beloit, was arrested on a Rock County warrant after deputies responded to a 911 call at 8:28 a.m. at a business in the W1600 block of County F, Town of Decatur. He was jailed.

●  Mark A. Elmer, 43, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of felony bail jumping at 10:12 p.m. at the Green County Sheriff’s Office. He was jailed pending court. In court the following day, he signed a $1,000 signature bond with conditions that he not travel on Carnie Road or Van Matre Lane in the Town of Clarno, including his home address, and have no contact with minor children or physical contact with Monroe public schools. He has a preliminary hearing Dec. 13.
