Monroe Police

MONROE — On Aug. 8: 

●  John P. Durling, 34, Lena, Illinois, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:10 a.m. in the 1700 block of Wis. 69. He was also cited for driving without headlamps and prohibited alcohol concentration. He was released to a responsible party. 

●  Marcelino S. Xalamihua, 41, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 5:07 a.m. in the 700 block of 17th Street. He was released to a responsible party.

On Aug. 12:

●  Robyn N. Flannery, 37, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by Monroe Police Department at 11:54 a.m. Aug. 12 at her residence in the 2600 block of 8th Ave in Monroe. She was jailed.
