On July 7:

● At approximately 9:09 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop for an observed traffic violation on E. Lake Avenue at S. Pratt Road.  As a result of the traffic stop, Wyat L. Bredeson, 20, of Darlington was cited for a driver seatbelt violation, failure to carry a drivers license, operating a motor vehicle while suspended and absolute sobriety.  A passenger in the vehicle, Mason J. Hughes, 20, of Mineral Point was cited for passenger in possession of open intoxicants and underage consumption.  There is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. 

On July 18:

At approximately 10:45 a.m., Officers received a restraining order violation complaint that occurred in the 100 block of S. Main Street.  As a result of an investigation into the complaint, Brian E. Lobeck of Albany was taken into custody for bail jumping and violation of a domestic abuse restraining order.  Lobeck was transported and incarcerated at the Green County Jail.  There is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
