On June 2:

● At 5:53 p.m., Deputies along with the Monticello Fire Department and Green County EMS responded to the N5500 block of State Highway 69, in the Town of Washington for a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Duane R. Millard, 66 of Beloit was traveling north bound when he experienced a medical emergency. This caused the vehicle to enter the west ditch, where it collided with a culvert. The vehicle then re-entered the roadway before coming to rest on the east shoulder. Millard sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Millard was wearing his seatbelt and the airbags deployed. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On June 8:

● 9:48 a.m. Gerald P Gerber, 18, Argyle reported striking a deer on CTH F, Blanchard Township. No injuries were reported and Gerber’s 2016 Chevrolet received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

● 2:34 p.m. Keaton G Wendt, 27, Mazomanie reported striking a deer on USH 151, Belmont Township. No injuries were reported and Wendt’s 2023 International received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

On June 10:

● 1:15 a.m. Darlington Fire responded to E Lucy ST in the City for a garage fire. Darlington Police and a deputy assisted. 

● 4:55 p.m. Clinton J. Rupp, 16, Cuba City reported striking a deer on Carr Factory RD, Benton Township. Rupp’s 2016 Chevrolet received minor damage and was driven from the scene.

● 9:49 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 11, Shullsburg Township for a traffic complaint. As a result, Jennifer A. Seffrood, 47, South Wayne was cited for OWI (1st Offense). Jennifer was released to a responsible party. 

On June 11:

● 1:00 p.m. Deputies responded to E Prospect ST, Village of South Wayne for a check welfare. As a result, Dustin J. Olson, 33, Chasity R. Olson, 34, and Toni T. Kraft, 30, all of South Wayne, were arrested for Disorderly Conduct. All parties were transported to Lafayette County Jail where they were booked on their charges and later released on a cash bond.

On June 12:

● 4:05 a.m. Michael A VanSchyndle, 48, Cuba City reported striking a deer on CTH I, New Diggings Township. No injuries were reported and VanSchyndle’s 2019 Subaru received severe damage and was towed from the scene.

On June 13:

● 7:17 a.m. Samantha L Dooley, 35, Princeton reported striking a deer on USH 151, Belmont Township. No injuries were reported and Dooley’s 2011 Chevrolet received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

● 10:43 a.m. Belmont Fire and EMS responded to Burr Oak RD, Belmont Township for a one vehicle accident. Christopher S Mueller, 52, Platteville was traveling on Burr Oak RD in a 2023 Freightliner when he struck a bridge railing, causing his vehicle to overturn and come to rest on its top. Mueller was transported with non-life threatening injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene. A deputy and Belmont Police assisted.

● 4:09 p.m.  Adam D Bliss, 41, Monroe was arrested for a Probation Violation on CTH K in the City of Darlington. Bliss was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.

● 8:11 p.m. Ronak R Patel, 27, Boscobel reported striking a deer on STH 126, Elk Grove Township. No injuries were reported and Patel’s 2020 Toyota received severe damage and was towed from the scene.

On June 14:

● 9:18 p.m. Deputies responded to N Lafayette ST, Village of Argyle for a disorderly dispute. Perry N Granberg, 50, Argyle was cited for Disorderly Conduct. Blanchardville Police assisted on scene.
