Cheese Days festival store open for holiday shopping

MONROE - The Green County Cheese Days festival store will be open for limited holiday shopping. Shoppers can visit the store in the lower level of the Green County Courthouse from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19 and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20.

Other hours after that time are by appointment. To make an appointment, contact the Green County Tourism office at 608-328-1838.

A limited assortment of merchandise will be available including custom wooden cheese boxes, caps, 2014 logo apparel, and the 100th anniversary Cheese Days button. Pre-orders are also now being accepted for collector items including a scale model Oliver 1900 Diesel tractor with a commemorative Cheese Days plate in a box with the anniversary logo, and a 1932 model Ford truck with the anniversary logo on both doors and including a set of custom milk cans.
